No we don't.

How do you ship your parcels?????

We use Royal Mail 1st class and Next Day (UK) and airmail. We will provide you with a tracking number. We aim to ship same/next day we receive cleared funds. Delivery should take 2-5 days to most tolerant european destinations, but sometimes longer. There is no mention of contents on packet.

What is the packaging like?????????

Plain parcel. Plain brown box/envolope. We also use recycled packaging.

How do I track my parcel?????

Can you give us legal advice?????????

No we cant. We do not wish anyone to act in conflict with their countries local laws. But it is up to you to check before ordering. If you dont like your local laws move to the Netherlands.

Can you refund my card order??????

Yeah we can, but less 5% to go towards the fees we have to pay. If the item has been shipped, you must return it to us in A1 condition and you will be refunded. You are liable for postage fees.

Do you keep our details on a list for promotion/research?????????

No we dont. We will delete your emails quickly as well.
